# Thịt heo rim mặn ngọt món ăn mặn dễ ăn cho ngày nắng nóng

1. Nguyên liệu:

Thịt ba chỉ 500 gr. Hành tím, tỏi, ớt tươi, hành ngò Dầu ăn, nước mắm Muối, đường, hạt nêm, tiêu xay.

2. Cách thực hiện

Bóc vỏ hành, tỏi và hành ngò. Băm nhỏ hành lá, cắt khúc ngò rí. Băm nhuyễn hành tỏi. Thái lát 1 quả ớt tươi. Rửa qua thịt ba chỉ với nước muối loãng, để ráo nước rồi thái thành miếng vừa ăn. Ướp thịt với 1 muỗng cà phê muối, hạt nêm, tiêu xay, để khoảng 15 phút ngấm gia vị Cho thịt vào chảo nóng, xào trong 5-7 phút. Xào đến khi thịt săn lại và tiết ra mỡ, tắt bếp và cho ra đĩa. Tạo màu cho thịt bằng cách cho 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, 2 muỗng đường vào chảo nóng, đun nhỏ lửa cho đến khi đường chuyển thành màu cánh gián. Cho tỏi và hành băm vào xào cùng rồi đổ phần thịt ba chỉ vừa vào, đảo đều tay. Pha hỗn hợp gồm 2 muỗng nước mắm, 5 muỗng nước lọc, 1 muỗng hạt nêm rồi đổ vào chảo, đun lửa nhỏ cho đến khi nồi sệt lại. Bày ra đĩa và rắc thêm hành lá, ngò rí và ớt lên trên bề mặt thịt.
